Trail details
Description Die Schneeschuhroute zum Iffigfall folgt via Lenkersee zuerst dem präparierten Winterwanderweg. Der flache Talboden eignet sich ideal als Einlaufstrecke und bietet mit dem steil aufragenden Wildstrubel ein herrliches Panorama. Nach dem Überqueren des Iffigbachs bei Oey erfolgt ein steiler Aufstieg ins Gebiet Teufebode. Anschliessend führt die Strecke taleinwärts entlang des Iffigbach ins Gebiet Pöschenried. Waldpartien und offenes Gelände wechseln sich stetig ab. Anschliessend führt das letzte Stück der Route hinauf zum Iffigfall. Der verschneite, schattige Talkessel endet abrupt mit dem imposant vereisten Wasserfall. Wer länger verweilen möchte ist gut beraten warme Kleider dabei zuhaben. Die Sonne ist im Winter in diesem Gebiet ein seltener Gast. Auf gleicher Strecke geht es anschliessend zurück an die Lenk. Als Alternative bietet sich ab Pöschenried ein Bus an der einem an die Lenk zurück bringt.
