Description

Let you be excited from the first snowshoe trail in Mürren and enjoy the impressive interaction of the forests and the breath-taking mountain landscape. In the middle of a dreamlike winter wonderland you will spend a few hours and appreciate the silence and power of the nature. The stunning view over not less than eight North walls of the Bernese Oberland and the world-famous triumvirate Eiger, Mönch & Jungfrau presents you an unforgettable experience. Pure nature. The walk starts just after the BLM-Station, nearby the last houses at the end of the village and leads on the left part trough an idyllic woodland scenery in direction Mittelberg. It ascends easily at a small glade towards the picturesque Chänelegg. The path goes straight ahead alongside the forest edge until you arrive on the Allmiboden. The route leads after the careful crossing of the ski run Allmiboden on the upper panorama way back to Mürren.
