Trail details
Description This attractive circular route begins by the Andermatt village bridge and travels towards the Unteralp Valley by way of Mettlen. The turning point is at the
highest point of the tour. Do not miss the opportunity to photograph the impressive ice-falls at the Gurschenbach. On your return journey you pass the Brunnen Rifle Club. From here there is a wonderful view out over the valley: to the south you can see Hospental and to the north, the Schöllenen Gorge. The way home brings you by the Mariahilf Chapel, built in 1735/36.
